Wayne "Junior" Pearce captained the Balmain Tigers, led NSW through the glory years of State of Origin, and cemented his place as one of rugby league's greatest hard men.
Mike Whitney represented Australia around the world, helped win the Ashes, and became one of the country's best-loved television personalities.
Now they're swapping jerseys and cricket whites for guitars and microphones, bringing classic Aussie rock and rock anthems to Ashfield Bowlo with a full band.
